Standard shipping (3–5 business days): $4.99.
Expedited shipping (1–2 business days): $9.99.
We ship to all 50 US states.
Orders placed before 2PM EST ship same day.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Subscription Shipping

All subscription orders ship free, always. Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing info@kinlo.com.

If you're not satisfied with Kinlo for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. You don't even need to send the bottle back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@kinlo.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
